ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT

| Education: | Minimum High School Graduate; prefer higher education |
| Experience: | 4+ years; professional experience in computer graphics, accounting and/or book keeping is a definite plus. |
Duties and Responsibilities: Provide support to senior management, human resources, accounting and book keeping, and perform general office duties, including answering phones, data entry, filing, organizing, overnight shipping, mail distribution, supplies purchase, maintaining equipment checkouts, clerical support to accounting department, and other general administrative tasks.
Requirements:
- Good organizational and communication (oral and written) skill.
- Demonstrated experience in ability to work well in a team environment.
- Energetic, self-starter, detail oriented, good phone and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work with computers and office equipment, and access the internet.
- Must have auto insurance and clean driving record, and be able to drive for errands and banking.
- High level of expertise in MS Office suite, specifically in Word and Excel.
- Some experience in handling employee benefits, payroll administration, accounts payable and accounts receivable, and customer service.
- Experience in any of the following aspects is a definite plus:
- Accounting and Book Keeping using QuickBooks
- Computer Graphics using CorelDraw/Adobe
- ArcView/ArcGIS
